Latin Mass Christmas Gift Drive

For the third year now, the Little Flowers group is organizing our community's Christmas gift drive for the Jesus Mary Joseph Home.  If you would like to participate you can:
• Select a Gift Angel tag from the Gift Tree out in front of the church, and bring the wrapped gift with the Angel Gift tag on the package to Mass by  December 15th., or
• Put a check made out to 'JMJ Home' in the collection box underneath the Gift Tree.
The Jesus Mary Joseph Home in Santa Cruz provides a Christ centered, long-term shelter for women and children who would otherwise be living on the streets, as well as hospice care for the terminally ill. They ask for your prayers, especially the prayers of children.

Altar Server Thank You

The altar servers and I would like to thank the community for their generosity in providing us with lunches on Sundays, it has been incredibly helpful for us as a group. Anyone who would like to contribute can sign up here: Altar Server Signup

If any men or boys are interested in learning how to serve the Mass, we are always looking for more servers. Please don't hesitate to talk to me after Mass.

All Saints and All Souls Day Masses

All Saints Day, Friday, November 1st., is a Holy Day of Obligation. Low Mass will be at 6:00 pm at Queen of Heaven Cemetery Chapel. 
On the following day, All Souls Day, we will have High Mass at 12:00 noon, followed by a procession with our new Monstrance. The Cemetery will be celebrating All Souls Day all day, with decorated altars and food booths located on the lawns out in front of the Chapel.

All Saints Day is also the 65th. birthday of our Chaplain Fr. Milich - please join us for dessert to celebrate his birthday after Mass on Sunday.

October Potluck, 2013

The last potluck of the season until after Easter will be this coming Sunday, October 27th. after Mass, weather permitting. Please email Latin Mass secretary June Ely if you can help set up before hand, clean up afterward, or can provide a table. All are invited, bring your favorite dish to share~

First Saturday Mass for October

The First Saturday Mass for October will be this coming Saturday, October 5th., at Queen of Heaven Cemetery Chapel. Please join us for Low Mass at 12:00 noon.  Fr. Nicholas A. Milich will be our celebrant.
